Before and After

This patient had a genetic condition that caused her teeth to be naturally dark.

We placed 8 veneers and the result was STUNNING! Gorgeous result!!

This sweet patient had been wanting to fix her smile for years!!  Now, with the kids out of college and on their own, it is time for mom to do something for herself....

After 2 crowns and 3 veneers, she is very happy with her new smile! 

This 16 year old girl was involved in a traumatic accident when younger and her front two teeth stopped developing and fused to the bone. 

After orthodontics, we restored her smile with four porcelain veneers.

This patient came in with mismatched crowns that appeared uneven, sloped to her left and had a "fake-white" look to them.

The final result was great and she was very pleased with her natural-looking new smile!

"J" was getting married in less than a month and wanted the gaps in her teeth to be fixed.  This is a case that had to turn out great.

Patient had recession and exposed root surfaces on front teeth.  Over time these areas became worn and stained.

We were able to put bonding on the roots to protect them and make them look a lot better.  (and fixed the chip at the same time!)

This is a condition called gingival hyperplasia.  It occurs when the tissue is chronically inflammed and swells (in this case after braces.)  This patient and his mom wanted a better appearance now that his braces were off.

We used a diode soft tissue laser with local anasthetic to recontour his gums.  This shot was taken immediately after.  The patient reported very little discomfort the next day - almost painless!

Healing after 6 weeks.  The gum tissue is completely healed and the patient and his mom are very pleased with the result! 

You wouldn't believe how many kids fracture their front teeth!! 

It is fun to put their smiles back together!  (and mom is usually very happy, too!!)

Back to perfect! 

A relaxing day at the pool ended with a fractured adult tooth.  We reguarly see this injury in younger patients. 

This is what we did to put him back to normal.

This patient had a retained baby tooth which became infected and needed to be extracted.

We sent him to the surgeon to have an implant placed.  This is a view looking into the implant well.

This is the permanent porcelain crown placed on the implant.  Great result!

This patient had an old crown on her front tooth that failed and needed to be replaced.

She was very pleased with the final result!

The patient has severe wear and attrition of his teeth from acid reflux and bruxing (grinding) his teeth.  We fabricated a Snap On Smile for him.  This snaps over the existing teeth and can be worn for most of the day.  It is able to be removed in order to clean the teeth underneath.  This is a great option for a situation like this for a fraction of the cost of porcelain bridges or implants and crowns.

The patient loves his new smile!!

This patient needed a denture, but had lost almost all of the bone required to hold it in.  Four implants were placed by the surgeon.

The implants supported a bar we had fabricated to replicate the lost bone.

The lab then made a denture with clips that snap onto the bar.

The end result is a denture that looks good and doesn't move when chewing, talking or smiling.

The patient is very happy with the result and reports that she is able to chew anything she wants!

This patient had a fracture between the teeth (note the black line to the left of the silver filling)

We took out the silver and restored with a white filling, and the patient said "It looks brand new!"

This is an old amalgam filling with a fracture and decay. 

I removed the cavity and the old silver filling and replaced it with a white composite filling.

Small cavites between the teeth happen frequently - usually due to lack of flossing. This shows the dark colored area where the cavity has gone through the enamel and into the dentin.

After removing all diseased tooth structure, what remains is healthy tooth ready to be restored.

The final result looks like a brand new tooth!!

Beautiful final result!  White filling material was bonded to match.  Looks brand new!
